PJ Library Grandparents' Tea Party
On August 27, The Jewish Federation of Cleveland will be transformed into a PJ Library Tea Party where grandparents and their grandchildren will spend a special morning together. They’ll enjoy breakfast, crafts, story time with a PJ Library book, and more!
“We’re hoping to see children interested in reading, especially with their grandparents,” said Grandparents' Tea Party host committee members, Caren and Marty Wishnek. “We enjoy sitting and reading with our grandchildren; they are the greatest joy of our lives. It’s amazing how long they can sit mesmerized with the PJ Library books.”
Grandparents and grandchildren can also help support the Federation’s Public Education Initiative and Cleveland Kids’ Book Bank by bringing in new school supplies and new or gently-used children’s books.
The Grandparents’ Tea Party is part of 12 MONTHS OF NOVEMBER, as we honor Iris November and her late husband, Mort, for their generosity supporting the PJ Library program in Cleveland. The Federation is celebrating a year of events honoring the work of Mort November and his lifetime of philanthropy.
