The Jewish Federation of Cleveland, in partnership with Gesher Cleveland and the Legal Aid Society of Cleveland, is holding a free legal clinic on August 27 from 9:30 – 11:30 am at Green Road Synagogue (2437 South Green Road, Beachwood).

The Jewish Federation of Cleveland’s board of trustees unanimously approved $33.7 million to be allocated to fund international, national and local agencies July 6.

The Jewish Federation of Cleveland is now seeking participants ages 50 and over for “Volunteer Beit Shean,” a hands-on volunteer experience to Beit Shean, Cleveland’s sister city in Israel. Volunteers will immerse themselves in Israeli culture while improving the lives of others.

Gayle Horwitz told 450 women about the importance of helping refugees adjust to the U.S. at the Jewish Federation of Cleveland’s annual Women’s Philanthropy Spring Luncheon May 18 at Landerhaven in Mayfield Heights.

Cleveland Indians owner, chairman and CEO Paul Dolan traveled to Israel the week of April 24 with the Jewish Federation of Cleveland. Dolan joined about 30 other Jewish and non-Jewish business people who were invited on the trip by the Federation, which partnered with Israel Bonds.
