Growing up in Columbus, my family was not nearly as involved in our Jewish community as I am today.

It was a feel-good day for Team Federation as we ventured into our community for a Day of Service.

I grew up at the largest reform temple in North America, Temple Israel, in West Bloomfield, Michigan. As the great-granddaughter of a founding member, all of the major milestones in my life occurred there.

We applaud Dan Brown for honoring our ancestors through his commitment to cemetery preservation in Jewish Cleveland!

There’s no greater mitzvah than caring for those that came before us.

Over 700 hot lunches were served to local city school kids by 160 volunteers.

Two month’s worth of donations collected by local organizations, day schools, and synagogues garnered piles of warm winter clothes to be distributed to the Jewish and general communities.
