We hope to see you at our August events. We have fun outdoor events for young families, a special two-part safety training experience, a day of celebrating Jewish culture at One World Day, and more.

August 4 and August 6
Gallery Open House: SEE ME

"SEE ME" explores the artist’s play on one's identity. Michal Chelbin’s photography attempts to capture human stories in everyday life; the identities of people not in the mainstream, many of them belonging to the edge of society and existing in the space between the odd and the ordinary. Her main themes are not social or topical, but collective and mythical; she searches for people who have a legendary quality in them.

Curated by Matthew Garson.

A panel discussion featuring Audrey Glickman, one of the survivors featured in the documentary, along with security experts from the FBI/ Secure Community Network (SCN) and JFC Security will occur immediately following the film.

On Wednesday, August 21 we will offer community members the opportunity to attend the FBI”s “Active Shooter Attack, Prevention & Preparedness (ASAPP)” training.
