Onward Israel Internships
Tailored for young adults looking to gain hands-on, international work experience in their field of interest, Onward Israel offers participants career-building opportunities as they explore Israel’s rich and diverse culture. With an extensive alumni network, participants accelerate their career aspirations with the high-quality, differentiated experience that employers look for in candidates.
Who
Young Jewish adults aged 19-26 from or currently living in the Greater Cleveland area, with priority given to rising juniors, seniors, and recent graduates.
What
The Cleveland Onward program, part of the Birthright Israel Onward-Masa initiative, offers professional development and cultural immersion in Israel. Participants engage in a global internship experience in Tel Aviv, with special excursions to Jewish Cleveland’s sister community of Beit Shean/Valley of Springs.

Short-term Winter Onward programs also available.
Cost
$999* + airfare.
*Eligible participants may qualify for a needs-based scholarship for a reduced program fee.
I truly enjoyed every minute of living in Israel and immersing myself in this culture. It was amazing to be able to walk only 15 minutes and be at one of the most beautiful beaches in the world.
