Join PJ Library and Mitsui Collective for a Havdalah-inspired, enlivening sensory experience through restorative embodied practice to reconnect with your body, settle your nervous system, and nourish your soul. We’ll be guided through sensory meditations alongside light movement practice, playful connection, and calming breathwork, all rooted in and inspired by Jewish wisdom.
Please dress comfortably for light movement.
