As caretakers of young ones, we spend so much of our time and energy supporting our littles. On this night, support and care for yourself!
PJ Library is excited to collaborate with Mitsui Collective for an evening of restorative embodied practice to reconnect with your body, settle your nervous system, and nourish your soul. We’ll be guided through light movement practice, playful connection, and calming breathwork, all rooted in and inspired by Jewish wisdom.
Please dress comfortably for light movement.
