Coaching Circles offers women in Jewish Cleveland an open, motivating, and engaging process to foster personal growth and connect women across the community through meaningful conversations and peer-based coaching.

Without the tireless efforts of Rabbi Abba Hillel Silver, spiritual leader of The Temple-Tifereth Israel for 46 years, there might not be the State of Israel. His brilliant oratory at the United Nations as chairman of the American Section of the Jewish Agency and his persistent lobbying of key political figures were crucial to the UN passing a measure in November 1947 to partition Palestine and establish a Jewish state. This month, we're inviting local college students to ice skate at Wade Oval, hosting a special magic show for PJ Library® kids and their grandparents, bringing together Jewish Cleveland young adults on the east side and west side at New-ish and Jew-ish, and more.

The Jewish Federation of Cleveland and JFC Security, LLC hosted The Security Trustee training seminar Jan. 18 and Jan. 19 for synagogue leadership, schools, agencies, ushers and greeters, security officers and area law enforcement.

The Jewish Federation of Cleveland’s Young Leadership Division (YLD) announced that Jonathon Nisenboum will succeed Ryan Levine as its board chair, effective January 2023. YLD connects Jewish young adults, ages 22 to 45, to each other and the community through social, volunteer, leadership, and philanthropic activities.

Bringing Israel to Cleveland: Our community is lucky to host community ShinShinim and Shlichim (Israeli emissaries). These young adults spend the year living in Cleveland, bringing Israeli life and culture to our community. Get to know our 2022-23 group below:
