Jewish Federations of North America’s National Young Leadership Cabinet is the premier leadership and philanthropic development program of the Federation movement for young adults who have proven leadership potential and commitment to strengthening the Jewish community.

The Hillel Wellness Program is a partnership between three of the Jewish Federation of Cleveland's beneficiary agencies, Jewish Family Service Association (JFSA), Cleveland Hillel, Hillel at Kent State University. The program provides a mental health counselor from JFSA who comes to Hillel campuses to provide one-on-one services, group sessions, and any other services that a student needs.

An all-expense paid adventure of a lifetime and a chance to explore the landscape, culture and people of Israel can be within reach for 18- to 26-year-olds who apply and are accepted into the Birthright Israel program, Elle Henig, manager of international experiences at the Jewish Federation of Cleveland told the Cleveland Jewish News.

For college students who grew up going to Jewish overnight camp, becoming a counselor seems like a natural progression to their camp experience. But with college expenses and other career opportunities, some find it difficult to justify spending their summer at camp.

Elle Henig, manager of international experiences, explains all the programs you can experience in Israel with the Jewish Federation of Cleveland. Israel programs can vary from 10 days to 10 months, and can include anything from sight-seeing, volunteering, or work experience.
